At WaveLuxe, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our bandeau bikinis, high-cut bottoms, or boardshorts, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind the quality of our swimwear. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with a refund or exchange. Please note that all swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached for hygienic reasons.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your unworn, tagged items securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original items separately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed
- Final sale items (these will be clearly marked)
- Custom or special order pieces
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
