Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges when making returns.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your WaveLuxe swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bandeau bikini tops, high-cut bottoms, boardshorts, or any of our stylish swimwear, we offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Custom or special order pieces
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your unworn, tagged items securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original items separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
